MOBILITY MOVES: Mobility & Flexibility Training Sessions 1-on-1 sessions and small group - pre-registration required. Improve movement, reduce pain and enhance performance. If you struggle to straighten or bend on or more of your joints, it is because your joints lack mibility. Your muscles are stiff with no flexibility. Learn, move better, feel better, improve posture and balance.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING Sessions Small group size - kept small to 4-6 - pre-registration required People go at their own pace and are kept on track. Program customized to the individual. All meet together at a regular weekly time. 1-2-3x a week available. You work at your own pace and receive guidance from your trainer.

LET'S MOVE!- LIIT CLASS (low impact interval training) Small group size - limited - pre-registration required - virtual and in-person Let's Move! - get your steps in, get your heart rate up, tone your muscles to music and have fun. This class focuses on proper form, activation, strengthening, interval training - all in 30 minutes. Warm up and active exercises.
CORE ON THE FLOOR (15-min core/glutes add on) Small group size - limited - pre-registration required - virtual and in-person Core on the floor - a 15-min add on for core and glute strengthening.
