TUESDAY NIGHT CLASSES:
6:30 pm IN-PERSON (E. Setauket)
RESISTANCE FITNESS CLASS -
combines warm-up, muscle activation, strengthening, balance, standing core and core on the floor, cool down and stretch. (In-person: TRX, Resistance Bands, Weights, Bosu, Stability Ball, Step, Body Weight and more)

7:30 pm IN-PERSON (E. Setauket)
YOGA with CORE -
Gain strength and flexibility, build core strength, balance in this unique yoga class for beginner and intermediate.

WEDNESDAY MORNING

This class will help you release and relax and deepen your connection to yourself.
Truly a relaxing class with gentle stretching, breath work and ending in a deep relaxation of the mind and body.
