Tired of suffering from bad posture and painful joints?
Learn how to improve joint range of motion
Activate muscles needed to move better
Alleviate stress
Enjoy low impact exercise
Minimize pain in the joints

Recover from strength training and bootcamp style workouts

I've been doing continuing education studies and work this year with mobility and flexibility for my clients.

Research shows that some body parts naturally get less mobile (i.e., more locked-up) as we get older – starting as early as our 30s and 40s.
That’s still young, if you ask me!

Two major areas that don’t move as easily as we get older are our trunk (aka upper back & core) and our shoulders.
But (good news) just as you can continue to build and strengthen your muscles as you get older, practicing flexibility and mobility exercises can keep you feeling limber.
And potentially help you avoid shoulder and back injuries.

I have some exercises, techniques and stretches that are designed to help you rebuild and restore mobility through your shoulders and trunk, legs, back.

Once learned, they take just a few minutes, and if you make time for them 3-4 times a week you’ll notice results. For even more benefit, do them when your body is warm – after some light cardio or a brisk walk.

Please join me for this interesting, valuable challenge in mobility and flexibiity.

Who is MobilityMoves for?
MobilityMoves is a mobility training session designed to help anyone who wants to: improve their joint range  of motion, activate muscles needed to move better, alleviate stress, enjoy low impact exercise, minimize pain in the joints, recover from strength training and hiit style workouts, and enhance performance in and out of the studio.

How is this different than yoga or stretching classes?
MobilityMoves sessions move you through positions, stretches and exercises in a flow, once learned, holding positions for no longer than 2-5 seconds. These movements are more biomechanically based and a more direct approach to the science of functional movement. The movements and stretches are considered dynamic and focus on joint range of motion rather than muscle lengthening, which is what stretching concentrates on.
As a certified personal trainer and certified yoga instructor, I bring my knowledge and expertise and incorporate all for your best outcome.

Do I need to be in shape for MobilityMoves?
No, I help everyone from all fitness levels regain movement, recover and feel amazing. These are low
impact sessions created to impact a long time veteran to fitness or a complete newbie who has never
exercised before. There are modifications that can be incorporated.

What do I need to start MobilityMoves?
I recommend a yoga style or fitness mat to move around on, have water to stay hydrated and wear comfy athletic clothes you can move around in comfortably without restricting your movements. I also encourage to take MobilityMoves sessions without shoes so wear socks or you can move around barefoot depending on your comfort level

Please join me for this interesting, valuable session in mobility and flexibiity.
