Over the last decade Amy has pursued her interest and focused her work into the greater importance and power of mindfulness, breath work, energy work, and connection.

Amy assists and guides people on their own unique life journey into awakening, through mindfulness, nutrition, body movement, the breath, energy work and life coaching. All nourish and awaken the true self and keep one connected to their mind/body/spirit while also improving health, strengthening, toning, and feeling good.

Amy meets you where you are and offers her hand as you take the next step toward deeper awareness. Learn to be more present in your mind and body. Grow into a deeper connection to yourself and live your life more fully.
