(In-person: TRX, Resistance Bands, Weights, Bosu, Stability Ball, Step, Body Weight) 7:30 pm IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL YOGA WIND DOWN GENTLE YOGA & GUIDED MEDTITATION This class will help you release and relax and deepen your connection to yourself.
